COOMERA WATERS STRUCTURAL ENGINEER REPORT REQUIRED

A brilliant Building & Pest Report spotted cracking in the top of this column and recommended that the buyer contact Forensic Engineers.

Our investigation found there had been some slight settlements during the build, but the column was "sound-as-a-pound".

And the column cracks could be repaired with cementitious grout.

INSURANCE FLOOD DAMAGE ENGINEER REPORT

FLOOD DAMAGES, Structural Engineer Report:.
1) Erosion & sink holes around & under swimming pool path,
2) Rain water tanks cracked & leaking,
3) Septic System backing up.
CAUSES.
Our investigation found 1) loose sands & overland flow had caused erosion around the pool, 2) the rain water tanks were well past their "use-by-date" were cracked & leaking, 3) the septic system trenches were being filled up with water leaking from the rain water tanks.
SOLUTIONS.
We recommended stabilizing the material under & around the paths with Polyurethane Resin injection. The rain tank could have a liner installed & the septic trenches would function adequately once the tank leakage was alleviated. We have the answers!
